Position Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in helping the organization identify, unlock, and implement effective solutions that drive improvements in the company’s software systems and their use. This position is integral to the ongoing enhancement of our construction-specific ERP system (COINS) across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties outline the core responsibilities of the role, though they are not exhaustive:
- Administer and manage the configuration and security settings of COINS software.
- Track and resolve issues listed on the COINS Issue Solution Matrix (CISM).
- Support the rollout of new functionality and modules within COINS.
- Develop best practices for data entry, uploads, and maintaining accurate information within the system.
- Create customized functional reports to meet the needs of different business departments.
- Design process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist in organizational learning and staff training.
- Effectively communicate information to end users in both written and verbal formats.
- Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and organizational needs.
- Participate in COINS-specific training, including self-study, user groups, and conferences.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
